Having been born in Sandusky and raised in Castalia, I am small town proud! As a native of this area, I understand the unique financial opportunities and challenges that are present. My number one goal is helping you navigate what can be a confusing, or possibly intimidating process through honest and open communication. I believe that collaborating and helping one another will lead to both personal and communal success. Whether your vision is building a new home, purchasing an established home, or simply gaining financial confidence, my success is measured with yours. I look forward to positively impacting this community one success story at a time!

My free time is dedicated to my family and helping those around me. I enjoy travel, spending time at local sporting activities, and eating Toft’s Ice Cream. I look forward to hearing your story, learning your goals, and meeting your financial needs through personal, attentive service!

NOTICE TO MORTGAGE APPLICANTS
If you recently had your credit pulled for a mortgage application, you may receive unsolicited e-mails, phone calls, and text messages from other lenders attempting to sell you a mortgage product.  First Federal Savings of Lorain does not sell your information to these institutions.

Why You May Receive Unsolicited Offers

When you apply for a mortgage or credit card, we pull your credit history, credit score and other information from credit reporting companies (TransUnion, Experian, and Equifax).  We use this information as part of our decision-making process when extending credit to you.  We also use this information as part of our process to help protect your identity by confirming additional information on these reports and checking for various red flags.

When we pull your credit history, the credit bureaus record the date along with the reason why we pulled your information, such as for a mortgage loan.  With this information, along with your contact information, the credit bureaus sell your information as a sales lead to other lenders who are willing to pay for it.
The credit bureaus believe that by selling your information to other companies as a sales lead, you, the consumer, benefit from learning about other products and services from different lending institutions.  However, you may feel inundated with the barrage of unsolicited phone calls, text messages and e-mails.

What You Can Do to Stop Unsolicited Communications
If you wish, you can opt out of your information being sold as a “trigger lead” without hurting your credit.
Phone Number: 1-888-5-OPT-OUT (1-888-567-8688)
Online: OptOutPrescreen.com
You may choose to opt out of the prescreen for either five (5) years or permanently.
If you don’t wish to opt out, but want to stop the phone calls, you may add your number to the National Do Not Call Registry that helps to block telemarketers from contacting you.  Your phone number is added immediately to the list; however, it could take up to 31 days for sales calls to stop.
